We aim to provide all our customers with an excellent online shopping experience. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all use of our website and to all orders placed through it.
1.2 By accessing our website, you automatically accept these terms.
1.3 Solvique reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
2. Product Information
2.1 We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
2.2 Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, or product when placing an order.
3. Ordering & Payment
3.1 An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
3.2 After placing an order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation.
3.3 Once a product has been delivered, the customer is solely responsible for it. Solvique cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or misuse after delivery.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of unforeseen circumstances, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders can be delivered to the shipping address provided or to a designated pick-up point.
4.2 Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from pick-up points within the specified time frame.
4.3 If a parcel is not collected and returned to Solvique, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
4.4 Once a parcel has been delivered (to a home address or pick-up point), responsibility passes to the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Solvique offers returns within 30 days of receipt.
Return conditions: Products must be undamaged.
5.2 For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
5.3 Returns of worn, damaged, or unclean items will not be accepted.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
5.5 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
6. Warranty & Liability
6.1 All Solvique jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.2 If a product is defective on arrival, customers must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
6.3 Solvique is not liable for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack of care.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 We treat all personal data with confidentiality and only use it to process your order.

8. Complaints & Disputes
8.1 If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team at info@solvique-jewellery.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
8.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
