At Solvique Jewellery, we ensure your order is processed quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and delivery:

1. Order Processing

Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Express Delivery: 3–6 business days.

You will receive a Track & Trace link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Options

Free Shipping on all orders.

Choose home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point at checkout.

4. Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you are not at home, the courier will leave instructions or deliver your package to a nearby pick-up point.

Once delivered (to your home or a pick-up point), responsibility for the package lies with the customer.

5. Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs checks, or severe weather conditions.

If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

6. Important Notes

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or uncollected packages.

If a package is returned to us for these reasons, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
