Return Policy – Solvique
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. Please make sure the return package is sent back to us within this 30-day period.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
REFUND OPTIONS
Gift Card (+20% Bonus): Receive your refund faster with 15% extra value added! Processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.
Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method are usually completed within 7–10 business days after your return has been processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

RETURN COSTS
Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returned items. You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order. Always keep your proof of postage until your return has arrived at our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility if you cannot provide tracking information or proof of shipment.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. Using the tracking number from your return shipment, you can see when your parcel has reached us. From that moment, the 10 business days start. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note it can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
