We promise to replace your Solvique pieces if they tarnish or fade. Just email us a photo of the item, along with your order number to info@solvique-jewellery.com & we will process a replacement or store credit.
Please note our guarantee does not apply to intentionally damaged, damaged by someone else, stolen or lost items.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day refund policy after receiving your items.
All returns will need to be sent back tracked and covered by the customer.
*We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
Solvique will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 10 business days.
